TERMS AND CONDITIONS

INTERNET T&CS (THE BORING BUT IMPORTANT BITS!)

We aim to despatch orders within 5 working days or will email you to let you know if there will be a longer wait. Items marked 'order in store' may be available for delivery but may not be in stock. Please either call us for details or email mail@southwoodhome.com.au.

We can offer a store credit or exchange on all items except mattresses and pillows. We do not offer refunds. You may return a product within 14 days of purchase, in unused condition with all original packaging to our showroom, for a store credit or exchange. Please address all returning items to Southwood, 152 Argyle Street, Fitzroy, Melbourne 3065. The cost of shipping for returned goods and replacement goods must be covered by the customer. We suggest you use registered mail to ensure the goods reach us safely. The returned goods must be received by our team before replacement goods can be dispatched. 

At Southwood our focus is on natural materials and hand made, individual items. These products will, by their nature, vary and we feel this is part of the beauty of these items. We are always happy to speak to you any time you would like further help before making a selection on during business hours

Our furniture can be ordered through our Fitzroy showroom and via phone or email. Please call us in store for details of lead times and availability. Our beds, mattresses and tables are all delivered through an external delivery service. We will quote delivery cost at the time of ordering.
