Orders can be collected from either our Collingwood showroom or our Keilor East warehouse, with larger items designated for pickup at the warehouse. Our staff will notify you if your order is available for collection at the showroom. For warehouse pickups, we kindly request that you arrange a suitable collection time in advance. Please note that collection is free of charge; however, we ask that you bring blankets or soft materials to safeguard timber items, as they are not wrapped for transport.
